Whether you are looking to kickstart or advance your hand balancing practice, you will learn an effective method which gives you the necessary tools, techniques, and confidence to safely practise and perform a handstand.
We will use props, the wall and give you the right tools to work on your handstand at home afterwards.
The workshop will be given in English.
